COD.7906 .LENTICCHIA DEL CASTELLUCCIO, italian product typical of the valleys of castelluccio a hamlet of norcia. Being an IGP product it also includes areas of the Sibillini Mountains. Thanks to the harsh climate in which it is cultivated, it is the only legume that does not need to be preserved. It is rich in nutritional qualities, such as proteins, vitamins and mineral salts.
